2. Work with the state legislature of Arkansas to preserve the night sky;
3. Work with local governments to help control the problems of light pollution;

Get Involved
We need YOU to make the ADPS successful!! There is a lot of work to be done, and the IDA needs your help! You can help by either joining the IDA, which in turn allows you to be active in the Arkansas Section of the IDA, or by making a donation to the IDA. Another way to help is to have one of the ADPS members attend your astronomy or environmental event to speak to the subject of dark sky preservation.

Remember: You can help to preserve our night skies for another generation!
